After a cable car ride and the visit of the Niederwald Monument, you will take a tour of the wine musuem Brömserburg. Thereafter you will return to Assmannshausen by boat.
In the evening, we will serve you 2 special menus, each of which has the grapes of Riesling and Pinot Noir as individual themes. Those will be accompanied by the corresponding wine, ob which you will also be bedded.
At night, you will sleep on genuine Rheingau wines in our wine bed deluxe double room.

We invite you to a weekend focussed on everything about wine. On Friday you will savor a 4-course set menu wih the corresponding wines and explanations by the wine grower himself. On Saturday you hike with the manager to the wine festival and see the coronation of the wine queen, while sipping on a glass of Rheingau Riesling. Afterwards, you will head back to the hotel by boat. After a culinary refreshment, our shuttle service will take you back to the wine festival, where you can enjoy the rest of the night.

Experience with your own eyes how the Rheingau awakes from hibernation. During a charilift ride to the Niederwald and a walk to the Niederwald Monument, you can see this unique spectacle of nature. Afterwards, you will descend with the cable car to Rüdesheim, where you can discover the rush of the Drosselgasse or get comfortable at one ot the wine taverns. On the boat trip back to Assmannshausen, you will be able to absorb the first sun rays as well as the beautiful with all the castles along the river. As wine should be enjoyed preferably cold at these temperatures, we would like to give you a bottle cooler as a personal gift.
